Inside Fūga · Men's Tops Deeper into Men's Tops

Mens tops decide how an outfit reads before the pants even come into frame. At Fūga the range runs from clean shirts through heavy hoodies to printed longsleeves — pieces that work across Opium, Techwear and Y2K.

What makes a good mens top.

You wear a top every day, so fabric matters. Heavy jersey falls different than thin cotton. We go for weighted fabrics, clean seams and cuts that hold their shape. Colors stay mostly muted — black, cream, grey — so one piece goes with almost everything.

How to style mens tops.

Layering is the fastest way to depth. A longsleeve under the shortsleeved shirt, an open overshirt over the tank — that builds structure without effort. For an Opium look everything stays tight and dark, for Y2K Tops the cut can go wider and the print louder. Same goes for Emo tops built on the same ground.

What's in this collection

Here we gather shirts, longsleeves, hoodies and crewnecks in one place. Some pieces are discounted, others carry graphics, mesh or asymmetry. Limited drops, no restocks — what sells out doesn't come back.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which mens tops go with every outfit.

A well-fitting shirt in black, cream or grey is the safest base. Muted colors and clean cuts go with almost anything, from cargo to suit.

What is the 3-3-3 rule for clothes.

The 3-3-3 rule means three tops, three pants, and three pairs of shoes that mix freely. For tops it means fewer pieces, more versatile, instead of a packed closet.

How do I find the right size in mens tops.

Based on chest width and desired fit. Boxy and oversized cuts fall wider, classic shirts sit closer to the body. The size table on each product page gives exact measurements.

Opium.

Opium comes out of the gap between Berghain wardrobe and Streetwear cut. We read the same material through our lens.

Techwear.

Techwear started here as a translation of Tokyo reduction into fabric. Errolson Hugh, Acronym, GORE-TEX, ergonomic cuts — and parallel to that, Japanese discipline: nothing superfluous, all function.

Streetwear.

Streetwear is the root — the first designs out of Tokyo 2015 were Anime prints, Japanese characters, Harajuku graphics. Everything else grew from that, but the line keeps running.

Fūga

風雅

Fūga isn't for everyone.

Berlin Plattenbau origins, Asia-inspired. Creative, but never fully fitting into the system. Tokyo 2015 as the starting point — six niche phases since then.

Today: Berlin · Shanghai · Tokyo · Poznań. We know our designers by name. Limited drops, no restocks.

We aren't dropouts. We know the system — went through training, worked, kept building. Both sides hold.
