Orders
Where do I find my tracking number?
Tracking becomes available once the package arrives in the destination country. Once it arrives we update the tracking number, and you can follow your shipment via your local carrier. Track your order here: https://fuga-studios.com/apps/parcelpanel
When will my order ship?
Your order ships once it's been processed in our warehouse. Processing takes 2–4 business days, depending on the product and item.
I haven't received my order
First check where your package is using the tracking number, either with the carrier or here: https://fuga-studios.com/apps/parcelpanel.

How can I cancel my order?
All orders can be cancelled as long as they haven't been packed or shipped yet. Once packing and shipping have started, cancellation is no longer possible.
For the best chance of a successful cancellation, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Shipping & delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Our shipping costs depend on the delivery address:
- Standard Shipping (€6.95): Germany, Austria, Switzerland, EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and many more.
- International Shipping (€38.95): All other countries worldwide.
Free shipping: Orders from €169 ship free within the Standard Shipping zone.
How long does delivery take?
Average delivery times:
- Central and Western Europe and USA: 4–9 days
- Eastern Europe: 7–14 days
- Asia: 4–9 days
- Africa and South America: up to 20 days
International shipments may take longer.
*All shipping times exclude customs clearance delays.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. For the exact country list and shipping costs, start the checkout process and select your country.
Returns & exchanges
How do returns and exchanges work?
You have 14 days after receiving the item to return or exchange it. Use our returns portal at https://fuga-studios.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns. Note that return shipping costs are paid by you.
When will I get my refund?
Once the item arrives and has been inspected, the refund is processed within 14 days. Please track your return to see if it has arrived before asking about the status. We process all refunds as quickly as possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, eps, Google Pay, iDEAL, Klarna Pay Later, Maestro, Shop Pay, Sofort, UnionPay, PayPal and Amazon Pay.

How do I find the right size?
Every product page has a Size Chart. We recommend taking your own measurements to choose the best fit. We also offer a size recommender on the product pages. Reach out if you have more questions.

How do I care for my Fuga Studios clothes?
Every piece has a care label with washing and care instructions. Follow them to keep the quality and longevity of your piece.

Do you have physical stores?
Right now we're online only. Our offices are in Berlin and Poznań, but we don't have a customer-facing store.
