Tracking will be available as soon as the item arrives in the destination country! Once the item arrives, we can update the tracking number. You can then track your shipment at your local shipping company.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
All original labels must be attached to the goods.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has already been paid and you want to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
