As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. It can take 2–5 business days for the first tracking information to appear. Your order ships as soon as it has been processed in our warehouse. Processing usually takes about 3 business days, depending on the item.

All orders can be cancelled as long as they haven't been shipped or packed yet. Once the packing and shipping process has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

No – you can order as a guest. A free account is optional and only makes tracking your orders and reordering easier.

Our shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address:

• Standard shipping (€6,95): Applies to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, EU countries, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and many more.
• International shipping (€24,95): Applies to all other countries worldwide.

Free shipping: on orders over €169 within the standard shipping zone.

Most orders reach you in about 6–11 days (incl. approx. 3 business days of processing) – this applies to main regions such as Germany, the EU, the UK, the USA and East Asia. More distant regions (Africa, the Middle East, South America) can take 15–20 business days.

*Any delays during customs clearance are not included in these times.

We deliver worldwide. For an exact list of countries and the associated shipping costs, simply start the checkout process and select your country.

For shipments outside the EU, customs or import fees may apply, set by your country. They are not included in the price and may be payable on delivery. Within the EU, no additional import fees apply.

Some pieces are made to order. Pre-Order items are produced for you after your purchase – production takes about 15 days, after which the normal shipping times apply. They are clearly marked on the product page and are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

For delivery addresses in the EU, the EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) or the UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal or return from receipt of the goods. Process your return through our returns portal: https://fuga-studios.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns; you cover the return shipping costs.

For delivery addresses outside the EU/EEA/UK (e.g. Switzerland), there is no statutory right of withdrawal – a return or exchange for a simple change of mind is not possible there.

Regardless of country, we'll always find a solution for damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods. Pre-Order and opened hygiene items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Once the goods have reached us and been inspected, the refund is processed within 14 days. Please track the shipping status of your return to see whether it has arrived with us before asking about the status.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay; Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and MobilePay; Klarna; USDC (crypto); as well as regional methods such as Bancontact, BLIK, iDEAL/Wero, Przelewy24 and Twint. Which options are available depends on your region and is shown to you at checkout.

We currently don't offer gift cards.

Every garment has a label with washing instructions and care guidance. Please follow these instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your clothing.

We currently operate exclusively online. We're based in Berlin and Poznań, but at the moment we don't have a physical store for customers.

The name and roots are Japanese – Fūga started in 2015 with Anime prints and Harajuku graphics out of Tokio. But the label is run independently from Berlin and Poznań, with a design team across four cities (Berlin, Shanghai, Tokio, Poznań) and manufacturing in Shenzhen. Japanese in spirit and aesthetic, European in operation.

風雅 (fūga) is a Japanese term for elegance, grace and refined taste – rooted in the tradition of Haiku. 風 stands for wind or style, 雅 for grace and refinement. To us, taste is a way of seeing, not a purchasing decision.
