Orders
Where can I find my tracking number?
Tracking will be available once the item arrives at the destination country! Once the item arrives we will update the tracking number. You can then track your shipment with your local shipping service provider. You can track your order here: https://fuga-studios.com/apps/parcelpanel
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped as soon as it has been processed in our warehouse. Our order processing times are 2-4 business days, depending on the product design and item.
I haven't received my order

How can I cancel my order?
All orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped or packaged. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
To have the best chance of a successful cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Use our contact options.
Shipping and delivery
How much are the shipping costs?
Our shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address:
- Standard Shipping (€6.95): Applies to countries such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, EU countries, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and many others.
- International Shipping (€38.95): Applies to all other countries worldwide.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to countries in the Standard Shipping Zone on orders over €169.
How long does delivery take?
The average delivery times are:
- Central and Western Europe and USA: 4-9 days
- Eastern Europe: 7-14 days
- Asia: 4-9 days
- Africa and South America: up to 20 days
Please note that there may be longer delivery times for international shipments.

We deliver worldwide. For an accurate list of countries and associated shipping costs, we recommend you start the checkout process and select your country.
Returns and Exchanges
How do returns or exchanges work?
You have 14 days after receiving the goods to return or exchange the item. To do this, use our returns portal https://fuga-studios.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the goods have arrived and been checked, the refund will be processed within 14 days. Please track the shipment status of your return to see if it has arrived before inquiring about the status. We strive to process all refunds as quickly as possible.

How do I find the right size?

How do I care for my Fuga Studios garments?
There is a label on each item of clothing with laundry instructions and care instructions. Please follow these instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your clothing.

Do you have physical stores?
We are currently operating exclusively online. Our office is located in Berlin and Poznan, but we currently do not have a physical store for customers.
